Consulting Process – Our consulting process is designed to help clients discover their strengths and create people processes that will lead to a Competitive Talent Advantage. The Consulting Process consists of the following phases:
- Initial Client Meeting to determine scope of engagement and agree on project milestones.
- Administer WorkplaceNext Survey.
- Review results of survey with leadership team and develop talent goals.
- Implementation of processes to reach talent goals, using the Future State Talent Management Model as a guide.
- Monitor and adjust.
Improvements in Talent Metrics –
Guarantee – We guarantee reaching agreed upon metrics goals one year after implementation phase or the second year of consulting is free.
WorkplaceNext Survey – a proprietary survey* given to employees to set a baseline. The survey includes 20 questions in four categories – Purpose, People, Process and Performance. Scores are tabulated and reviewed with leadership, and used to help determine organizational goals. The survey is administered periodically following the implementation phase to help determine progress.
